Autoconer Automation Savio

AASMIS-S is the Management Information System of a AAS-S (Autoconer Automation System - Savio) developed by Zircon Infotech for a spinning industries.

AAS-S interface MIC of Savio Orion Autoconer with computerand received the production data when user get the printout, generally it will get at the end of shift at Savio Machine. AAS-S check the data, if it shift end data then it will insert into data file. After that AASMIS-S will generate various types of MIS Reports on the basis of cuts, efficiency, losses due to various reasons and productions etc.

Generally user does not get the details of each drum on the paper at the end of shift, because if it will take the the printout then it will required more than 20 meter thermal paper to get the printout of each machine and each shift. Not only to them but apart from them lot of reasons are there to utilize this system at industry

So that user view the details of each drum on the machine and does not compared the value with the other machine or compared the values from the other drums of all the parameters.

By using the above system any industry can get the drum wise production details at the end of shift by pressing a button.

It is an excellent monitoring system to take rapid actions and decisions against abnormal drums, material(higher/lower cuts), Men (where yellow lights is higher) and etc.. The system generates lot wise production details, machine wise production details, abnormal drums on the basis of sigma values and the average value, long term analysis for a machine, and machine wise breakup of a parameter etc.

After few years when the existing autoconers does not work with full efficiency and the efficiency of production godown slowly slowly then industry has required to either upgrading their autoconers or purchase new autoconer machine to produce more yarns. Lets assume that each autoconer produce 2000 Kg of yarn per day and the production cost involve on autoconer is Rs. 10/Kg.

1.Saving in Thermal Paper Cost: Every Autoconer prints data for 60 drums for all 30 paramete per shift and it takes 3 meters of roll. It costs Rs. 3 per meter. The total paper cost for 8 Autoconers in one year = 8 Autoconers x 3 shifts x 365 days x 3 meters x Rs. 3 per meter = Rs. 78,840.
