CMS helps in managing food/cuisines/beverages stocks location wise.It contains an
account master where user can keeps details of his clients, suppliers and consultants/manufacturers
and contacts them whenever user needs. CMS includes a module named Menu. It is used
to keep occasion order details such as name of the party, no of guests, venue, and
occasion date, ordered cuisines with their consultants/manufacturers, other expenses
(tentative) etc. Transaction is another module that is basically made for inventory
that includes material receipt, material return, purchase voucher, bill pass, issue,
issue return, shortage, excess, damage and voucher entry for cash transaction details
etc. CMS can prepare Html and Excel reports both in Hindi and English within few
seconds. It includes purchase voucher, item ledger and account based reports. MIS
another module is used for preparing menu/cuisine and occasion/event based reports,
having event calendar and can prepare work order receipt (format) for suppliers/
consultants.
